Genesis Mind & Body, a prestigious personal training and wellness studio, had acquired additional space and needed Footprint to deliver two scopes of work simultaneously: a full fit-out of the new area and a refurbishment of their existing facility. The studio's reputation depended on remaining open throughout — which meant every element of the project had to be delivered entirely out of hours, with no margin for overrun and no impact on the member experience.

Footprint structured the project across two phases, both executed exclusively outside of operating hours to protect the business. Phase one addressed the new space fit-out alongside the refurbishment of the existing facility. Phase two introduced a premium spa-feel wet area, complete with two shower rooms and a communal locker entrance lobby — a considered addition that elevated the overall offering. Throughout both phases, tight programming and experienced on-site management kept the project on track without compromising the standard of finish.

Genesis reopened with a significantly enhanced facility — a seamlessly refurbished studio and a new premium wet area that has meaningfully elevated the member experience and strengthened the brand. Both phases were delivered on time and on budget, entirely without disruption to daily operations. The project is a strong example of Footprint's ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive works within live and sensitive environments.
