Jellycat

Having previously designed and built the previous 3 offices for Jellycat, they called on Footprint after having secured a new  headquarters within the prestigious, newly renovated BBC Westworks building in London. With a brand built on creativity, character and craft, they needed a workspace that went beyond the functional — one that genuinely embodied who they are. The challenge was to take a strong but unbuilt vision and turn it into a physical environment that would inspire their team and impress their visitors, all without compromising on programme or budget.

Footprint was appointed to deliver the entire fit-out and furniture installation, working in close collaboration with the Jellycat team from the very first design conversation. Rather than imposing a generic solution, we immersed ourselves in the brand and developed a workspace concept that felt authentically Jellycat — contemporary, considered and full of personality. Every detail, from the layout of 72 workstations through to materials, finishes and furniture, was specified to bring the vision to life. The project was managed end-to-end with a rigorous focus on programme and cost control.

The completed headquarters is a workspace Jellycat is truly proud of — a contemporary, visually rewarding environment that captures the essence of the brand and gives the team a place where they genuinely want to be. Delivered on time and on budget, the project set the tone for what has become a long and trusted partnership, with Footprint continuing to support Jellycat across their estate ever since.
