This is Beyond

With a relocation and fit out on the horizon, This is Beyond needed a partner to dilapidate their old office and create an environment in their new space that reflected the company's creative reputation and could keep pace with the demands of a fast-moving production environment.

Our team stripped the space back to shell and reimagined it entirely: 144 workstations, creative collaboration areas and a design aesthetic that felt as dynamic and ambitious as the productions This is Beyond is known for. With relocation logistics to manage alongside the build, the project required seamless coordination from start to finish. Every element was managed in-house, with relocation planning integrated into the build programme to ensure a seamless transition.

This is Beyond moved into a workspace that matched their ambition — a high-quality, creatively charged environment that supports both the practical needs of production and the culture of the company. The project was completed to programme and budget, and marked the beginning of an ongoing relationship, with Footprint returning to undertake multiple internal refurbishments and providing continued maintenance and support.
